Zusammenfassung: | The invention relates to a spraying method of a plasma physical vapor deposition coating of a multi-conjoined turbine guide vane, the spraying method is carried out by using a manipulator and a double-shaft positioner, and a turntable of the double-shaft positioner can rotate around a central shaft and can tilt below 45 degrees. According to the preparation method provided by the invention, plasma physical vapor deposition is adopted, a complex molded surface and a shielding factor of the multi-conjoined turbine guide blade are combined, and track optimization of a manipulator and a double-shaft positioner is matched, so that the uniformity of coating deposition can be effectively improved; the problem of uniformity of the inner side of the margin plate, the included angle position of the margin plate and the blade body and the spraying deposition thickness of the blade body is solved.
