The method comprises the following steps of (1) measuring point arrangement: arranging a measuring point at the longitudinal midspan of a beam; (2) finite element simulation: adopting finite element software Midas Civil to simulate the nondestructive state of the fabricated beam bridge, extracting strain time travel curve data of each measuring point under a loading working condition right above a middle beam, and solving a nondestructive state strain meter of the measuring point; (3) loading a standard; (4) actually measuring data: under the loading standard, actually measuring to obtain strain time history curve data of the measuring points, drawing strain time history curves of the measuring points, and then solving the actually measured state strain meters of the measuring points in the actually measured process; (5) health assessment: comparing an actually measured strain meter with a lossless state strain
