Zusammenfassung:The invention provides a T cell modified by a fusion chimeric antigen receptor of a targeted expression DSG3 surface antigen cell and application of the T cell, and belongs to the technical field of gene engineering. The chimeric antigen receptor is at least one of (1) a chimeric antigen receptor for targeted expression of DSG3 surface antigen cells; (2) expressing DSG3 surface antigen cells in a targeted manner, and simultaneously secreting IL-15SA fusion protein, IL-36 gamma or a recruitment chimeric antigen receptor of CXCL11; (3) carrying out targeted expression on DSG3 surface antigen cells, and simultaneously carrying out membrane expression on an infiltrated chimeric antigen receptor of CCR8 or CXCR6; and (4) a fusion chimeric antigen receptor which carries out targeted expression on DSG3 surface antigen cells, secretes IL-15SA fusion protein, IL-36 gamma or CXCL11 and carries out membrane expression on CCR8 or CXCR6 at the same time.
