Zusammenfassung:The invention belongs to the technical field of biology, and particularly relates to a polypeptide designed based on a human Dll4 antibody and application of the polypeptide. According to the invention, two polypeptides targeting Dll4 are designed through protein structure prediction, molecular docking and molecular dynamics simulation. The polypeptide respectively has 15 amino acid residues and 9 amino acid residues, and the amino acid sequences of the polypeptide are respectively SEQ ID NO. 1 and SEQ ID NO. 2. The two peptides can be combined with human Dll4, and SL1 shows the effect of promoting HUVEC cell migration and has the potential to replace an antibody to serve as a constituent part of a coupling drug so as to construct a polypeptide coupling drug. 本发明属于生物技术领域,具体涉及一种基于人Dll4抗体设计的多肽及其应用。本发明通过蛋白质结构预测、分子对接与分子动力学模拟,设计出两种靶向Dll4的多肽。所述的多肽分别具有15个和9个氨基酸残基,其氨基酸序列分别为SEQ IDNO.1和SEQ IDNO.2。两种肽均能够与人Dll4结合,其中SL1展示出促进HUVEC细胞迁移的作用,有潜力替代抗体作为偶联药物的组成部分以构建多肽偶联药物。
