Zusammenfassung: | The invention discloses a multi-stage multi-level direct-current power supply architecture based on a switched capacitor, the power supply architecture comprises an input source, a first power conversion part, a switching network and a second power conversion part, and the first power conversion part is a converter structure with a fixed voltage conversion ratio and comprises a switched capacitor type circuit with the stage number of n. The switch network is a circuit structure with multi-port input and dual-port output, and the second power conversion part is a three-port circuit with dual-port input and single-port output. The power supply architecture can reduce the swing amplitude of a switching point, reduce the size of an inductor, and improve the power density and efficiency. The method is suitable for power supply application in the modern SOC calculation field.
