The photo-thermal heat storage unit is used for storing heat energy converted from solar radiation; the photovoltaic heat storage unit is used for consuming the electric energy converted from the solar radiation or the commercial power and storing the electric energy or the heat energy converted from the commercial power; the heat dissipation unit is used for diffusing the heat energy stored by the photo-thermal heat storage unit and the heat energy stored by the photovoltaic heat storage unit to the indoor environment; the control unit is used for switching operation modes of the double heating systems; the photo-thermal heat storage unit and the photovoltaic heat storage unit are both connected with the heat dissipation unit and the control unit.
