The bacterial flora marker is any one of a group consisting of a group consisting of ruminococcus, a group consisting of Fournierella, a group consisting of Ruthiobacillus, a group consisting of Ruthiobacillus, and a group consisting of anaerobic coccus, and the bacterial flora marker is any one of the group consisting of Ruminococcus, Fournierella, Ruthiobacillus, and anaerobic coccus. According to the invention, the intestinal flora is used as a detection marker, and the sample is noninvasive and easier to obtain, can be used for large-scale population screening, is beneficial to timely discovery of unstable intracranial aneurysm and dynamic monitoring of stable aneurysm, and reduces huge risks brought to patients by rupture of intracranial aneurysm.
