Zusammenfassung: | The bagasse integrated biorefinery process comprises the following steps: by taking bagasse as a raw material, carrying out dilute alkali treatment to obtain a lignin solution; the bagasse subjected to dilute alkali treatment is subjected to dilute acid treatment and xylanase hydrolysis in sequence, and hydrolysate containing xylooligosaccharide is obtained; the method comprises the following steps: sequentially carrying out dilute alkali treatment and cellulase and xylanase hydrolysis on bagasse residues obtained after xylanase hydrolysis to obtain hydrolysate containing glucose and xylose; after supplementing a nitrogen source to the hydrolysate containing glucose and xylose, inoculating candida utilis, and culturing to obtain candida utilis protein, namely single-cell protein. The obtained lignin solution can be used as a sewage treatment agent, and the xylobiose content in hydrolysate containing xylooligosaccharide is high. Therefore, the bagasse is converted into three high-added-value products, namely t |
