It is found for the first time that the semen cassiae and the aurantio-obtusin can significantly improve NAFLD of mice, and the aurantio-obtusin can intervene in the natural antagonism mechanism of FXR and is related to regulation of intestinal liver circulation of bile acid; the diversity and abundance of microorganisms in the intestinal tract of the NAFLD mouse can be improved, and the biological barrier of the intestinal tract is protected by increasing the abundance of Akkermansia and Bifidobacterium bacteria; by repairing the tight connection between epithelial cells, the translocation of intestinal LPS to portal vein is reduced, the LPS/TLR4/NF-kappa B pathway is inhibited, and the liver immune barrier is repaired. The result provides a new thought and a new strategy for NAFLD prevention and treatment.
