Light-emitting panel

A light-emitting panel comprises a circuit substrate, a connecting pad, a chip and two alignment structures. The connecting pad is arranged on the circuit substrate. The chip is arranged on the circuit substrate and at least partially covers the connecting pad. The two alignment structures are arranged on the circuit substrate and are in the same layer with the connecting pads. The two alignment structures are located at two diagonally opposite corners of the chip.
