Zusammenfassung:	The invention relates to a self-adaptive operation method of a 10kV bus, which comprises the following steps of: setting a first group of protection constant values for each protection device according to a direction from a 110kV transformer substation A to a 110kV transformer substation B; according to the first group of protection constant values, the current constant values and the time constant values of the corresponding protection devices are gradually reduced according to the direction from the 110kV transformer substation A to the 110kV transformer substation B; according to the direction from the 110kV transformer substation B to the 110kV transformer substation A, setting a second group of protection constant values for each protection device; according to the second group of protection constant values, the current constant values and the time constant values of the corresponding protection devices are gradually reduced according to the direction from the 110kV transformer substation B to the 110kV
