Zusammenfassung:	The invention discloses a heat accumulating type shaft seal electric heating system and a control method. The electric heating system comprises a high-temperature shaft seal, a high-temperature shaft seal pipeline, a shaft seal main pipe, a heat storage device, a gate valve, an electric heater and a monitoring subsystem. According to the control method, the electric heating system is adopted, a unit enters a hot state in the operation stage, and leaked steam of a high-temperature shaft seal heats a heat storage medium in the heat storage device for heat storage; in the hot state and extremely hot state shutdown or starting state of the unit, steam is supplied to the high-temperature shaft seal after entering the electric heater and the heat storage device, the electric heater is started for heating, and before the electric heater is started to reach the outlet set temperature, the steam is supplied to the high-temperature shaft seal after absorbing heat in the heat storage device; and the heat storage device
