The composite vegetable fat nano-emulsion comprises the following components in parts by weight: 1-20 parts of composite vegetable fat; 1-8 parts by weight of an emulsifier; 0.1-80 parts by weight of a co-emulsifier; water is supplemented to 100 parts by weight; the composite vegetable fat comprises omega-3 fatty acid, omega-6 fatty acid and omega-9 fatty acid.
