The H2 removal method comprises the following steps: measuring the concentration of H2 in a propylene gas stream pipeline; whether H2 removal operation is started or not is judged, and when the volume concentration of H2 in the propylene gas stream pipeline is smaller than 3%, the propylene gas stream is not introduced into the H2 removal device; when the volume concentration of H2 in the propylene gas stream pipeline is larger than or equal to 6%, the propylene gas stream is fed into an H2 removal device to remove H2 in the propylene gas stream, and the H2-removed propylene gas stream is pressurized by a supercharger and returns to the propylene gas stream pipeline.
