The invention provides a preparation method for producing electronic-grade sodium fluoride by purifying industrial-grade sodium carbonate, which comprises the following production steps: 1) preparing a saturated sodium carbonate solution, and removing impurities through a screen and a filter membrane; (2) treating by using a strong acid type cationic resin absorption column, and treating by using an acid washing column to obtain an active carbon absorption column; (3) carbonizing the sodium carbonate solution, then separating solids, and filtering and drying to obtain purified sodium carbonate solids; 4) adding purified sodium carbonate into the mother liquor, filtering through a filter membrane, and feeding into a neutralization tank; 5) introducing the purified sodium carbonate solution into a salt pond for heating concentration; and 6) cooling the salt pond to generate sodium fluoride crystals, and drying under reduced pressure to obtain a high-purity sodium fluoride product.
