Nano molybdenum powder and preparation method thereof

The invention discloses nano molybdenum powder and a preparation method thereof. The method comprises the following steps: preparing a molybdenum-containing solution from a molybdenum-containing raw material, and preparing a dispersing agent solution by taking a high-molecular-weight hydroxyl-containing high-molecular polymer as a dispersing agent; mixing the two solutions, performing hydrothermal reaction to obtain molybdenum oxide precipitate, and filtering, washing and drying to obtain a molybdenum-containing intermediate product; and carrying out hydrogen reduction on the molybdenum-containing intermediate product to obtain the nano molybdenum powder with the particle size of less than or equal to 120nm. According to the method, preparation of the nano molybdenum powder with the particle size d90 being about 100 nm is achieved, and the prepared nano molybdenum powder is good in dispersity and narrow in particle size distribution; in addition, the method also reduces the hydrogen reduction temperature. 本发明
