Zusammenfassung:The invention relates to a photo-thermal multi-mode sensing detection method suitable for histamine detection, which realizes rapid and efficient detection of histamine by means of a photo-thermal multi-mode sensing detection device and a copper selenide coupling histamine antibody photo-thermal immune signal probe, and has three histamine detection modes of T line color visual detection, T line temperature detection and T line gray level detection. Three detection modes are selected according to actual conditions, one detection mode or a combined detection mode is selected, and multiple modes of visual semi-quantitative detection, photo-thermal sensing quantitative detection and gray scale quantitative detection of histamine can be realized.
