The invention discloses an EMS control technology based on secondary real-time development of an interpreted command script. The EMS control technology comprises the following steps: (1) starting to initialize a system; (2) loading control and algorithm mapping; (3) file management and program text loading; (4) modifying a program text by the upper computer; (5) monitoring grammar errors, if the grammar errors do not exist, executing the next step, and if errors exist, recovering the text backup and reporting text errors; (6) the script interpreter executes the text program; (7) control and algorithm execution; and (8) entering other programs and feeding back to the upper computer.
