The method comprises the following steps that in the process of preparing the nickel-titanium alloy through selective laser melting, after laser scanning is conducted on each layer, laser is used again for remelting the formed layer under the condition that powder is not laid again, the remelting frequency is recorded as N, and N is larger than or equal to 1 and is an integer. By means of the method, in the selective laser melting manufacturing process of the NiTi alloy, the density of a NiTi alloy workpiece can be improved, the mechanical property can be optimized, the phase change temperature of the NiTi alloy cannot be affected, even the phase change temperature can continue to be increased, and the NiTi alloy shows the high shape memory characteristic.
