Zusammenfassung:The invention describes a method for optimizing a synchronous reluctance machine assisted by magnets (1), comprising an arrangement of a stator (2) provided with a number (t) of slots (3), an outer cylindrical surface (Se) having a radius (re), an inner cylindrical surface (Si) having a radius (ri), an axis of rotation (A) and an arrangement of a number (p) of polarity pairs, a number (n) of slots (7) being implemented in a rotor (4), the invention relates to an electric machine (1) comprising a plurality of magnets (6) defining an axially extending flow barrier (Bn) for each pole of the electric machine (1), designed to accommodate the magnets (6) and the definition of each barrier (Bn), each barrier (Bn) having a peripheral contour in the form of a circular section having a convex shape towards the axis (A), and concentric radii of curvature (rnA, rnB) and a common center (C) being arranged along the radial axis (X). The number (n) of barriers (Bn) is greater than or equal to 3, the center (C) is located ou
