Zusammenfassung:	The invention provides a heat pump unit. The heat pump unit comprises a compressor, a first reversing valve, a second reversing valve, a first heat exchanger, a second heat exchanger, a third heat exchanger and a shared unit part in different working modes. Any two heat exchangers are communicated with the compressor through the first reversing valve and the second reversing valve. A first connector of the first reversing valve is connected with an exhaust port of the compressor, a second connector of the first reversing valve is connected with a first connector of the second reversing valve, a third connector of the first reversing valve and a third connector of the second reversing valve are connected to an air suction port of the compressor, and a fourth connector of the first reversing valve is connected with a first port of the third heat exchanger.
