The method comprises the steps that S1, a fitting curve is generated according to design size data of the film disc; s2, determining an equation of the fitting curve; s3, generating a digital model of the film disc according to the equation; s4, the machining allowance is determined; s5, determining the technological process of the numerical control machine tool according to the digital model and the machining allowance; and S6, a machining tool is installed, and machining is conducted according to the technological process. By means of the method, the thin-wall film disc machining yield can be increased.
