The balancing projectile is generated based on a transfer function, particularly customized for the rotating system. A transfer function is generated by applying one or more machine learning models to parameter values of parameters associated with the rotating system. The machine learning model may generate a main effect graph and may determine a set of valid parameter values from the graph.
