Detection method for rapidly determining PSTs and TTX substances in human plasma

The invention discloses a detection method for rapid determination of PSTs and TTX substances in human plasma, and the method comprises the following steps: (1) taking a plasma sample, adding an acetonitrile solution precipitant containing trichloroacetic acid, and carrying out protein precipitation to obtain a filtrate; (2) activating a hydrophilic solid-phase extraction plate, balancing, loading the filtrate, leaching and eluting to obtain eluent; and (3) carrying out LC-MS/MS analysis on the eluent eluted in the step (2), and determining the content of PSTs and TTX substances. The method can be used for qualitatively and quantitatively detecting PSTs and TTX substances in human plasma, and is reliable in result, low in detection limit and high in speed. 本发明公开了一种快速测定人血浆中PSTs及TTX类物质的检测方法，所述方法包括以下步骤：(1)取血浆样品，加入含三氯乙酸的乙腈溶液沉淀剂，进行蛋白沉淀后，取得过滤液；(2)将亲水作用固相萃取板按照活化、平衡、将过滤液上样、淋洗、洗脱的步骤获得洗脱下来的洗脱液；(3)对步骤(2)洗脱下来的洗脱液进行LC-MS/MS分析，测定PSTs及TTX类物质的含量。本发明方法可以用于定性、定量检测人血浆中PSTs及TTX类物质，结果可靠、检测限低，速度快。
