The refrigeration unit comprises a live fish transfer box, a controller assembly, an environment temperature control module, an oxygen generator, an oxygen temperature control module, a water supplementing box, a water temperature circulation control module, a condenser and a power assembly. The environment temperature control module is used for adjusting the environment temperature, the oxygen temperature control module is used for adjusting the temperature of supplemented oxygen, and the water temperature circulation control module is used for adjusting the water temperature.
