Zusammenfassung:The invention discloses a method for detecting the content of rare earth elements in glabrous sarcandra herb. The method comprises the following steps: (1) preparing a test sample; (2) preparing a standard solution; (3) drawing a standard curve; according to the present invention, cellulose enzymolysis is performed, supercritical CO2 fluid extraction is performed to obtain the test solution, and the inductively coupled plasma mass spectrometry is adopted to determine the contents of the 16 rare earth elements in the sarcandra glabra medicinal material, such that the detection method has characteristics of simpleness, rapidness and good repeatability, and can meet the detection requirements; and certain basic data and scientific basis are provided for quality control and pharmacological research of the glabrous sarcandra herb. 本发明公开了一种检测肿节风中稀土元素含量的方法,包括以下步骤:(1)制备供试品,(2)配制标准品溶液,(3)绘制标准曲线,(4)稀土元素含量的测定。本发明先通过纤维素酶解,再进行超临界CO2流体萃取,获得供试品溶液后,采用电感耦合等离子体质谱法测定肿节风药材中16种稀土元素含量,检测方法简单快捷,重复性良好,可以满足检测要求,为肿节风的质量控制和药理研究提供一定基础资料
