Zusammenfassung:The invention provides norsesquiterpenoids as well as a preparation method and application thereof. Experiments prove that the norsesquiterpenoids can inhibit lipid accumulation in an oleic acid-induced HepG2 high-fat cell model and reduce the content of total cholesterol (TC) and total triglyceride (TG) in the HepG2 high-fat cell model, and can be used as a hypolipidemic drug. 本发明提供了降倍半萜类化合物及其制备方法和应用。本发明通过实验证实，降倍半萜类化合物可抑制油酸诱导的HepG2高脂细胞模型中的脂质积累，降低HepG2高脂细胞模型中的总胆固醇(TC)、总甘油三酯(TG)含量，可作为降血脂药物。
