Zusammenfassung:The invention discloses a high-flux super-resolution cervical cell pathological section rapid scanning and analyzing system, which comprises a slide storage module, a scanning module, an analysis module and an analysis module, a slide transport module; the optical imaging module adopts an SIM (Subscriber Identity Module) enhanced resolution principle to realize light field modulation so as to obtain a cell image breaking through an optical diffraction limit; the motor scanning module is used for scanning the slide; the method comprises the following steps: synchronously realizing automatic positioning and identification of cervical lesion cells based on a deep network identification and analysis module, realizing image segmentation by using a Res-Net network framework, extracting multi-scale features by using FPN, realizing automatic aiming and hierarchical classification by using a Reppoins framework, calculating a positive image proportion, and making a judgment according to a set threshold value.
