The LNG supply system comprises a storage tank, a pressure sensor, an immersed pump, a valve, a heat exchanger and a buffer tank; the BOG cold energy utilization system comprises a valve, a heat exchanger, a compressor and an expansion machine; the BOG combustion system comprises a dual-fuel engine, a generator, a storage battery and electric equipment; the ethanol reforming hydrogen production system comprises an ethanol storage tank, a valve, a high-temperature reaction furnace and a hydrogen storage tank; the air inlet system comprises a mixer, a turbine and an air compressor.
