Zusammenfassung:	The invention provides a movable fresh-keeping box and a cold chain carrying tool with the same. The movable fresh-keeping box comprises a cold needing unit. The cold source is arranged at the cold requiring unit; the heat exchanger comprises a heat exchanger body and a heat exchange fan, the cold source is located in an air suction area or an air outlet area of the heat exchange fan, and the cold needing unit is located in a non-air-outlet area of the heat exchange fan.
