Zusammenfassung:The method comprises the following steps: analyzing samples of elsholtzia rugulosa stems with different contents in elsholtzia rugulosa flowers by using GC-MS, importing GC-MS data into similarity calculation software, and calculating the similarity S of elsholtzia rugulosa stems with different contents in elsholtzia rugulosa flowers by taking the elsholtzia rugulosa flower samples as female parents; and substituting the similarity S into a similarity regression equation to calculate the stem content in the elsholtzia rugulosa flower. 本发明通过用GC-MS分析野坝子花中混有不同含量的野坝子茎的样品,将其GC-MS数据导入相似度计算软件,以野坝子花样品为母本,计算野坝子花中混有不同含量的野坝子茎的相似度S,将该相似度S代入相似度回归方程即可计算得到野坝子花中茎含量。
