In the design, a double-throat pipeline is matched with the low-temperature turbine in series, and an outer wall or inner pipe heat exchange device is mounted, so that the purposes of alternately performing accelerated cooling of a working medium in the pipeline and shock wave pressurization and finally driving the low-temperature turbine to generate power with relatively high pressure are achieved. A double-shock-wave flow field structure is creatively utilized, and meanwhile power generation and external cooling are achieved by fully utilizing pressure energy of a natural gas working medium.
