Zusammenfassung:	The invention provides a thermal management system and method for a hybrid tractor. The hybrid power tractor thermal management system comprises an engine heat dissipation mechanism, a hydraulic heat dissipation mechanism, a motor heat dissipation mechanism, a battery heat dissipation mechanism, a plurality of heat dissipation devices, a heat dissipation fan mechanism used for dissipating heat of the heat dissipation devices and a controller. The multiple heat dissipation devices are connected with the engine heat dissipation mechanism, the hydraulic heat dissipation mechanism, the motor heat dissipation mechanism and the battery heat dissipation mechanism in a one-to-one correspondence mode, the multiple heat dissipation devices are integrated and located on the air outlet side of the heat dissipation fan mechanism, and temperature detection mechanisms are arranged at inlets and outlets of the multiple heat dissipation devices correspondingly.
