The invention discloses a nano particle with a photoluminescence characteristic, the nano particle comprises a magnetic nano particle and mesoporous silica, the silica mesoporous nano particle has a three-dimensional mesoporous channel, the particle size of the silica mesoporous nano particle is 200-450 nm, the specific surface area of the silica mesoporous nano particle is 500-900 m < 2 >/g, the aperture range of the three-dimensional mesoporous channel is 2-25 nm, the pore volume range is 0.823-2.996 m < 3 >/g, and the magnetic nano particle is a magnetic nano particle. The preparation method comprises the following steps: coprecipitation, surfactant modification and sol-gel preparation.
