Zusammenfassung:The invention provides a building industry carbon emission permit quota method based on multi-objective optimization, which is oriented to building industry carbon emission permit distribution, fully considers a multi-objective fairness principle including equality ambiguity, historical responsibility and payment capability, and provides a more reasonable carbon emission permit distribution scheme. Firstly, the total building industry carbon quota is determined; secondly, quota allocation is carried out based on a single target; and finally, obtaining a multi-target weight by adopting a maximum deviation method, carrying out quota allocation based on a multi-target optimization perspective, and carrying out fairness measurement by adopting a Gini coefficient method.
