Zusammenfassung:	The invention provides a tooth extraction cavity hemostasis filling material and a preparation method thereof, and relates to the technical field of medical biological materials, and the preparation method comprises the following steps: preparing N-hydroxybutyl chitosan; the preparation method comprises the following steps: cross-linking N-hydroxybutyl chitosan and aldehydes to obtain cross-linked N-hydroxybutyl chitosan; preparing an electrostatic spinning solution from the cross-linked N-hydroxybutyl chitosan and hydroxyapatite; performing electrostatic spinning by using the electrostatic spinning solution to obtain an electrostatic spinning film; and crushing the electrostatic spinning film to obtain the hemostatic filling material for the tooth extraction fossa. According to the preparation method of the haemostatic material for filling the tooth extraction socket, provided by the invention, a natural polymer material subjected to derivatization treatment is selected, gradient weak crosslinking is carried
