The microwave ceramic material has good microwave performance after being sintered at 1200-1300 DEG C, the dielectric constant is 11-12, the Q * f value is 8000-45000 GHz, and the temperature coefficient of resonance frequency is-30 ppm/DEG C to-40 ppm/DEG C. The microwave ceramic material is simple in preparation process, low in production cost and beneficial to industrial production.
