Zusammenfassung:The invention relates to a natural polysaccharide-based chemical-physical double-crosslinking hydrogel particle. A preparation method comprises the following steps: fully mixing a carboxymethyl-beta-cyclodextrin solution with 1-ethyl-(3-dimethylaminopropyl) carbodiimide hydrochloride and N-hydroxysuccinimide to react; then adding a carboxymethyl chitosan solution, mixing, fully stirring and reacting in a magnetic stirrer, and carrying out chemical cross-linking grafting; adding a sodium alginate solution, fully and uniformly mixing, adding a gluconolactone solution, magnetically stirring, mixing and reacting, so that sodium alginate and carboxymethyl chitosan are physically crosslinked; and performing freeze drying and sieving.
