The unhooking mechanism comprises a far-end unhooking mechanism and a near-end unhooking mechanism, and the far-end unhooking mechanism comprises a guide head and a sleeve which are connected to a first catheter of the conveying device and a far-end hooking piece which is connected to a second catheter of the conveying device; in the keeping state of the far-end unhooking mechanism, the sleeve is arranged on the far-end hooking piece in a sleeving mode, and the far-end hook of the artificial valve is restrained to be in the hanging state. By controlling the first catheter, the sleeve moves towards the far end relative to the far-end hooking piece, the constraint of the sleeve on the far-end hook disappears, and unhooking of the far-end hook is completed.
