Zusammenfassung:The invention provides an evaluation model for abnormal skin pigmentation after inflammation, and particularly relates to an LASSO evaluation model established by CXCL1, CXCL2 and IL-19, or a Logistic evaluation model established by IL-37, CXCL13 and IL19. The evaluation model can relatively accurately predict the pigmentation result of the skin after inflammation, the ROC reaches up to 0.8, and the same result exists in a verification group. Therefore, the constructed evaluation model can be used as a tool for predicting the skin pigmentation result after inflammation. 本发明提供了一种炎症后皮肤色素沉着异常评估模型,具体是由CXCL1、CXCL2和IL-19建立的LASSO评估模型,或者是由IL-37、CXCL13、IL19建立的Logistic评估模型。该评估模型可以相对准确地预测炎症后皮肤的色素沉着结果,ROC高达0.8,并在验证组中具有相同的结果。因此,我们构建的评估模型可以作为预测炎症后皮肤色素沉着结果的工具。
