Zusammenfassung: | The embodiment of the invention provides a short-circuit recovery soft start circuit for a DC-DC converter. The short-circuit recovery soft start circuit comprises a constant current source circuit, an energy storage circuit, a short-circuit start control circuit, a pull-down circuit, a pull-up circuit and a switching circuit. The tank circuit stores the charge from the constant current source circuit to generate a soft start signal when at least one of the short circuit start control circuit and the switching circuit stops working, and otherwise releases the stored charge. The short-circuit starting control circuit works when the voltage difference between the soft starting signal and the feedback voltage of the DC-DC converter is larger than or equal to a preset value, otherwise, the short-circuit starting control circuit stops working, and when the output end of the DC-DC converter is short-circuited, the voltage difference is maintained to be the preset value so that the DC-DC converter can continuously p |
