The high-voltage battery box mounting structure comprises a mounting bracket, a mounting plate, a cantilever bracket and a damping mechanism, the mounting bracket comprises a bottom plate and a shock pad, a shock pad fixing hole is formed in the lower part of the bottom plate, and a shock pad center hole is formed in the shock pad; a mounting plate threaded hole is formed in the mounting plate, and a shock pad fixing screw penetrates through the shock pad fixing hole and the shock pad center hole to be connected to the mounting plate threaded hole; the two cantilever supports are located on the two sides of the mounting support, and the two damping mechanisms are hinged to the two cantilever supports respectively.
