The capacitive touch panel comprises a substrate module, a plurality of sensing electrodes, a plurality of driving electrodes, a plurality of light-emitting diode chips and a controller, wherein the light-emitting diode chips are mounted on the substrate module; the plurality of sensing electrodes and the plurality of driving electrodes are formed at different height positions of the substrate module. The plurality of driving electrodes are defined with a plurality of layout spaces extending in a normal direction of the substrate module. And each light emitting diode chip is positioned in one layout space. The controller is electrically coupled to the sensing electrode layer, the driving electrode layer, and the plurality of light emitting diode chips through the substrate module.
