Zusammenfassung:	The invention relates to a winter construction enclosure device which comprises a first baffle, and the first baffle is used for forming a main body part of a wall surface for shielding wind; a plate body of the second baffle is arranged in an L shape, and the second baffle is used for being connected with the first baffle adjacent to the second baffle at the corner of the wall surface; the connecting mechanisms are arranged on the first baffles and the second baffles and used for connecting the two adjacent first baffles in the horizontal direction or connecting the first baffles and the second baffles so as to form a layer of wall surface in the horizontal direction; and the fastening mechanisms are arranged on the first baffle and the second baffle and used for fixing the two adjacent wall surfaces in the vertical direction, and therefore the multiple wall surfaces in the different vertical directions are fixed.
