description | The invention discloses application of phellinus igniarius fermentation liquor in regulation and control of peony rhizosphere microorganisms. According to the method, peony rhizosphere microorganisms are separated by adopting a traditional soil microorganism separation method, four bacteria, 12 actinomycetes and 12 fungi are separated from peony rhizosphere soil, and the effect of phellinus igniarius liquid fermentation liquor on the peony rhizosphere microorganisms is determined by adopting a filter paper method. Results show that the phellinus igniarius fermentation liquor has a remarkable inhibition effect on bacteria in peony rhizosphere soil and also has an inhibition effect on part of actinomycetes; certain fungi can be promoted; meanwhile, a certain inhibition effect is achieved on peony root rot pathogenic bacterium fusarium. The invention provides a theoretical basis for further application of the phellinus igniarius active substance in the aspect of agricultural root rot.
