Zusammenfassung: | The invention provides application of tannic acid in inhibiting polyspermic fertilization of porcine oocytes, and belongs to the technical field of animal husbandry. The method is used for effectively inhibiting polyspermia fertilization and guaranteeing the later-stage embryonic development quality. The porcine oocyte in-vitro maturation culture solution with the effect of inhibiting polyspermia fertilization is prepared from 0.6 mmol/L of cysteine, 0.91 mmol/L of sodium pyruvate, 10ng/mL of EGF, 10% of porcine follicular fluid, 10IU/mL of FSH, 10IU/mL of LH, 1% of mycillin and 1-10mu g/mL of tannic acid on the basis of TCM199. The pig oocyte body culture solution containing the tannic acid inhibits the polyspermia fertilization effect of oocytes in the in-vitro fertilization process, and the later embryo development quality is guaranteed.
