Zusammenfassung:	The invention discloses a method and related device for determining lane changing time, and the method comprises the steps: obtaining the lane changing related data of a vehicle when the vehicle is switched from a lane changing waiting state to a transverse moving state through judgment, and the lane changing time influence data of the vehicle meets a preset activation condition; and determining the optimal lane changing time of the vehicle according to the lane changing related data and a preset lane changing time determination algorithm. Therefore, when the vehicle enters the transverse moving state from the lane changing waiting state and the data influencing the lane changing time meets the preset activation condition, the determination of the lane changing time is triggered; calculating the optimal lane changing time of the vehicle according to the lane changing related data of the vehicle and a preset lane changing time determination algorithm; according to the method, the lane changing time is calculat
