The dilator is provided with an air bag which is arranged in an inner cavity of the elastic dilation cylinder, the dilator is connected with the inflation balloon through the catheter, and the inflation balloon is communicated with the inner cavity of the air bag through the catheter; the elastic expansion cylinder is in an inner ring elastic tightening form, a one-way locking component for limiting the elastic expansion cylinder from retracting to the inner ring is arranged on the attached side wall, the outer side face of the cylinder is fixedly wrapped with the air bag, and air holes penetrating through an inner cavity of the cylinder are formed in the periphery of the cylinder.
