The system comprises a first data control module, an interpolation amplification module and a display module, the first data control module reads video cache data in an external memory back to an on-chip cache, and uses a fifo memory to isolate from subsequent modules and perform cross-clock domain processing; a self-designed hardware module is adopted to amplify and output the resolution of the video data, multi-scale amplification of a video stream with self-adaptive resolution can be realized, any display parameter and clock frequency are supported, and the consumption of hardware resources is low.
