Zusammenfassung: | The invention provides a testing device for detecting the flow pressure drop of a proportional electromagnetic valve. The testing device mainly comprises a gas distribution system, a liquid supply system and a measurement and control system which are used for testing the proportional electromagnetic valve, the gas distribution system provides extrusion gas for the liquid supply system; the liquid supply system is used for providing a liquid medium for the proportional electromagnetic valve based on extrusion gas so as to detect the flow and pressure drop change of the proportional electromagnetic valve; the measurement and control system is used for controlling the proportional electromagnetic valve to operate according to detection requirements. According to the method for measuring the flow through the testing device, the mass flow meter and the weighing method are used for measuring the flow at the same time, the state of a proportional valve product can be fed back and controlled according to the testing |
